MY FAVORITE THINGS TODAY!

First: a recipe! I got this recipe from The Wellness Warrior. This website was created by a native Australian named Jess who is healing herself from a rare form of cancer. Rather than following the traditional protocols for her situation, she decided to take matters into her own hands and transform her life into a natural healing quest. (She has been successful!) This website is filled with  healthy recipes, detox options and it features many things that are affiliated with Gerson Therapy.

Which brings us to my next favorite thing today: Gerson Therapy

The Gerson Institute is “dedicated to healing and preventing chronic and degenerative diseases, based on the vision, philosophy, and the successful work of Dr. Max Gerson… [to] teach people worldwide to take responsibility for their health, and we offer a proven method for achieving and maintaining wellness.”

This therapy can be used as an alternative cancer treatment. It focuses highly on raw diet, dietary supplements and detoxification.

Enjoy this Gerson approved recipe!  Yum!!
