How many times do you go to the grocery store and overlook the pears! I have a great gluten free breakfast option for you! 

Pretty Baked Pears

Turn oven to 375F

Slice pears long ways & remove pit and seeds

Lay pears (peel down) in baking pan and lightly drizzle olive oil over them.

In the pit add brown sugar, a dash of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and chopped almonds

Bake for 10-15 minutes… and voila!

Sweet, warm and gluten-free!

You can easily transform this into a stress free dinner party dessert- add a nice mascarpone cheese to accompany it or even add ice cream!
